The Noble Narrative – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and participation in The Noble Narrative programme (the “Programme”), operated by The Noble Narrative FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (License No. 10816) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Programme via www.thenoblenarrative.com (the “Website”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age; or

  • You have obtained parental or guardian consent; and

  • All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

2. Nature of Access and License

Upon successful payment (or authorised institutional enrolment), you are granted:

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Programme for personal educational use only.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Transfer your access to another person

  • Reproduce, record, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display any Programme materials

  • Use materials for commercial training or teaching purposes without written consent

Each enrolment is valid for one individual user only.

3. Institutional Enrolments

Where access is provided through a school or institutional partnership:

  • Access remains individual to each enrolled student.

  • The institution may nominate a designated teacher for oversight access where agreed.

  • The Company may provide enrolment and usage reports to the institution upon request.

  • Fees remain payable directly to the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Institutional arrangements do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

4. Payment and Access

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via our authorised payment processor.

Access to the Programme is granted once payment is successfully processed.

Discount codes issued for institutional or promotional purposes:

  • Are limited in use;

  • May not be shared beyond the intended recipient group;

  • May be withdrawn if misused.

5. Access Duration

Access to the Programme is granted from the date of enrolment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, access will continue until the Programme is completed or until The Noble Narrative, at its sole discretion, decides to discontinue or cancel the Programme.

The Noble Narrative reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course materials at any time, including at the end of each academic cycle. Participants will be notified of any significant changes or cancellations where practicable.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Programme and immediate access upon payment:

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital access constitutes full performance of the service.

Nothing in this clause excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

7. Intellectual Property

All Programme materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, course frameworks, logos, branding, and downloadable materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of The Noble Narrative FZE and/or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to participants.

Unauthorised use may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Participant Conduct

You agree:

  • Not to engage in plagiarism or misuse of course materials.

  • Not to upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

  • To respect the educational integrity of the Programme.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms without refund.

9. Educational Disclaimer

The Programme provides educational guidance only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Publication

  • Representation

  • Professional advancement

  • Specific writing outcomes

Results depend on individual effort and engagement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss arising from participation in the Programme.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the Programme.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Noble Narrative FZE from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of Programme materials

  • Infringement of intellectual property rights

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable United Arab Emirates data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical outages, governmental actions, natural events, or internet disruption.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
