Welcome to The Noble Narrative, an online course owned and operated by The Noble Narrative FZE, a UAE-registered business under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (“we,” “us,” or “our”).  Business License 10816

By enrolling in or accessing this course through www.thenoblenarrative.com (“Website”), you (“you,” “participant,” or “user”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing or participating in The Noble Narrative (the “Programme”), you agree that:

  • You will not share, distribute, or reproduce any part of the course content without written permission.

  • You are purchasing access for your personal educational use only.


2. Payment and Access

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made for The Noble Narrative are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the course description and content outline prior to purchase.

  • You understand that refunds, partial or full, will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-use, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal circumstances.

This policy complies with international e-commerce standards under the principle of “digital goods and services exemption,” where immediate access constitutes fulfillment of the transaction.


4. Course Access and Conduct

  • Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You agree not to copy, share, resell, or publicly distribute any part of the materials.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if any misuse, plagiarism, or infringement occurs.

All content, including videos, text, images, logos, course materials, and digital downloads, are the exclusive intellectual property of The Noble Narrative FZE and its founder, Shereen Malherbe, unless otherwise stated.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • The programme does not guarantee publication, referral, promotion, or representation by any literary, media, or publishing body.

  • The programme does not guarantee specific writing outcomes, employment, or professional advancement.

    Your progress and results depend on your individual effort, creativity, and engagement with the material.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
